Sayanta Dutta

Sayanta Dutta has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sayanta is currently the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Hyzon Motors, where they are responsible for driving growth and strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Sayanta worked as the Vice President of Growth & Strategy at Hyzon Motors, where they played a key role in promoting zero-emission heavy mobility solutions. Before joining Hyzon Motors, Sayanta served as a Managing Director/Advisor at Ridgegate Capital, L.P., where they provided strategic guidance. Sayanta also worked at Amazon as a Finance Lead in the Flex division and at Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director, where they advised energy companies on strategic objectives and executed over $25 billion in investment banking transactions. Sayanta began their career at McKinsey & Company as an Associate/Business Analyst, focusing on strategic, operational, marketing, and organizational issues. Sayanta also worked as an Analyst at AbsolutData Technologies, advising retail clients on sales growth and data analytics.

Sayanta Dutta holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance & Strategy from Duke University. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics at St. Stephen's College, Delhi. They have also obtained certifications such as the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) from CrossFit, Inc. in 2017 and the Investment Banking Representative Series 79 from FINRA in 2012.
