Frank Meltke

Frank Meltke is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and project management. Serving as a Board Member for the I-COM Programme Board in the Big Data Venture Challenge at IPB-BDVC since May 2012, Frank has also established a successful career as the Owner and CEO of contraco since 1998. Frank was the COO and founder of C-Paylink from January 2010 to August 2012. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager at the German Federal Ministry of Transport from October 1996 to November 1998. Frank's educational background includes studies at the Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences from 1991 to 1994.
