Alexei Tolstov

Alexei Tolstov is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Head of Development Department and CTO at MTS Group since August 2015. In this role, Alexei oversees the development department, manages the lifecycle of mobile application development for Android and iOS, and establishes the architecture of mobile applications. With over two years of experience in iOS development using Swift, Alexei has successfully implemented Scrum methodologies and optimized team interactions through various tools such as Jira and Slack. Prior to this, Alexei held positions as Senior Software Engineer at наЛанч and .Net Developer at i-Free, alongside roles as Project Manager at ASTERA in alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate, and .Net Developer at Ru-Soft ltd and KORUS Consulting. Alexei holds a degree in Information Technologies from ITMO University, earned between 2001 and 2007.
