Eugena Oh

Eugena Oh currently serves as the NY Regional Director for The Asian American Foundation since February 2023. Additionally, Eugena has been a Board Member, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the “I Have A Dream” Foundation since November 2011, working towards education equity and breaking cycles of poverty for youth. Prior roles at Rise First include Chief Operating Officer, Chief Governance Officer, and Interim Executive Director, where Eugena supported first-generation and low-income students through mentorship and resources. Previous experience includes leadership positions at the Korean American League for Civic Action and various legal roles, including Project Attorney at Garden City Group and Associate at Pepper Hamilton, LLP. Eugena holds a B.A. in Political Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Temple University, complemented by a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School.
