Caryn Castle

Caryn Castle has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Caryn began their career at Sherwin Williams in 1999, where they held various roles. Caryn started as an Administrative Manager, overseeing operations support such as accounting, customer service, purchasing, and scheduling. During their time in this role, they successfully grew the plant from 1 shift to 3 shifts, and also acted as the Human Resources Manager, responsible for hiring and recruiting new employees. In 2011, Caryn transitioned to the role of Accounting Manager at Sherwin Williams. In this position, they were responsible for accurate and timely accounting of plant finances, implementation of internal controls for asset safeguarding, inventory accuracy, and expense charges. Caryn also handled monthly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of manufacturing variances. In addition, Caryn managed balance sheet reconciliations and book to perpetual inventory reconciliations on a monthly basis. Caryn held this role until October 2022. Currently, Caryn serves as the Director of Supply Chain at IKI Manufacturing, a position they have held since August 2020.

Caryn Castle attended Miami University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
