Mallika N began their work experience as a Management Trainee/Recruiter at Sunrise Systems, Inc. in July 2018. Mallika later took on the role of Senior Recruiter in November 2019 until November 2020. In 2021, they joined i-Link Solutions as an HR Recruiter.

Mallika N completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Alvas Institute of Engineering and Technology, MOODBIDRI. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in Human Resource Management from Interactive HR Spot Pvt Ltd, including Certification in Human Resource Management (CHRM), Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM), Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management (EDHRM), and Strategic Diploma in Human Resource Management (SDHRM). These certifications were obtained in May 2021.
