Nicky Lin

Nicky Lin is a seasoned professional in human resources and compensation, currently serving as Senior Manager of Incentive Rewards at I-Mab Biopharma since October 2020. Prior to joining I-Mab Biopharma, Nicky held the position of Senior HR C&B Expert at FinVolution from March 2018 to September 2020, and earlier worked at PwC as a Senior HR Consultant and Tax Associate from October 2010 to February 2018. Nicky holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, earned between 2006 and 2010.
