Marlen Kimaro

Marlen Kimaro has extensive experience in the field of research, project delivery, and consulting, currently serving as Principal at i-potentials GmbH since November 2014. Marlen has held various positions within the company, including Head of Research & Project Delivery, Senior Consultant, Teamlead Recruiting, and Research Analyst. Previous experience includes a gap year as an Au-Pair and a project assistant role at Agentur Kappa. Marlen holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration, both obtained from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, along with a REISS Master Certification in 2016.
