Chad Blanchard

Chad Blanchard has over 25 years of experience in the IT and customer service industries. Chad began their career in 1993 as the Director of Call Center Operations at Teltrust, Inc. In 2000, they became Senior Manager of Customer Care at Integra. Two years later, they moved to eBay Inc. as Senior Manager of Customer Support Operations. In 2009, they joined Waterford MediaWorks as Vice President. From 2010 to 2015, they served as Vice President of Operations at BidSync. Since 2015, they have been the CEO of i.t.NOW, responsible for technical support, implementation/on-boarding, project management, network operation center, account management, marketing, and sales. Chad also leads the core strategic management team in guiding the company growth, direction of products, customer engagement and services.

Chad Blanchard is currently enrolled at the University of Utah.
