Katrin Roelandts

Katrin Roelandts serves as the General Counsel at i3-Group Holding NV since October 2022. Previously, Katrin held the position of Head of Legal at Konings NV from October 2020 to March 2022, focusing on legal management, advising executives, and negotiating commercial agreements. Prior experience includes a role as Legal Consultant at imec, where Katrin provided legal support on intellectual property contracts, and as Legal Interim Manager at SESVANDERHAVE, overseeing legal matters related to R&D and construction projects. At Puratos, extensive responsibilities included managing legal operations in multiple regions, supervising legal teams, and compliance training. Early in the career, experience as an attorney involved comprehensive legal management including negotiation and litigation in commercial, social, and intellectual property law. Katrin's educational background includes a Master of Law from KU Leuven and a DEA in Droit Economique et de la Communication from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
