Our Sales & Business Development Managers are the backbone of our client relationships. In this role, you'll translate complex solutions into clear value propositions, build trust with clients, and craft winning sales strategies. As the first point of contact for prospects, you'll establish rapport, qualify leads, and drive new business through our B2B pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Sales & Growth:
Identify and bring in new clients
Build strong relationships with key clients and prospects, uncovering their needs and delivering impactful solutions.
Develop and execute winning sales strategies with internal teams, focusing on referrals and lead generation.
Strong technical acumen and understanding of product development a plus
Self-directed and takes initiative to get things done
Manage the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
Help craft proposals that pair our services with our clients' needs, helping them realize their vision.
Be a Client Champion:
Partner with clients to understand their challenges and develop long-term consultative relationships.
Keep key decision-makers informed and engaged with platform updates.
Manage the overall client experience working with i3
Stay Ahead of the Curve:
Continuously improve lead generation through prospecting, market research, and outbound strategies.
Manage target accounts in the CRM, nurturing leads and identifying new opportunities.
Track market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in engineering, design, business, or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience with a consultative approach.
Excellent communication.
Dynamic presentation skills.
Strong relationship builder with a passion for our industry.
Proven ability to identify and close deals independently.
CRM, time management, and project management skills.
