Elke Hagedorn

Elke Hagedorn is the founder of Facets of Growth, specializing in leadership development through individual and group coaching in small/medium sized businesses. Elke helps individuals answer the question of "Who am I?" and utilizes personality profiling, leadership development, and coaching methods to support personal growth and change. Elke has a background as an accredited profiler, occupational therapist in various settings, and holds a degree in B.Occupational Therapy from Stellenbosch University.
