Jeffrey Mattick is an experienced professional in customer success and sales within the maritime and analytical sectors. Currently serving as Customer Success Director and Global Vessel Operations Director at Lloyd's Register OneOcean since April 2019, Jeffrey has a strong background in managing customer relationships and driving business growth. Previously, Jeffrey held several roles at i4 Insight, including Head of Customer Success and Regional Sales Manager, and extensive experience at Pole Star Space Applications, where responsibilities included managing channel partners across EMEA and North America. Prior to that, Jeffrey worked at Hewden, leading regional sales teams and managing national accounts. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in Management from the University of Exeter and further studies in Computer Science and Music Technology.
