Sara Novak

Sara Novak has extensive work experience in the field of interaction design and program management. Sara is currently the Group Director of Interaction Design & Program Management at IA Collaborative, leading multi-disciplinary project teams and guiding them in identifying user insights, defining strategic opportunities, and developing innovative solutions. Sara also mentors and sets goals for team members, contributes to internal company initiatives, and leads projects through the product lifecycle. Prior to this role, they served as the Interaction Design Director and Associate Interaction Design Director at IA Collaborative. Sara has also worked as a Design Director, Art Director, Senior Interactive Designer, and Designer at Elevate, and as a Design Intern at Rule29. Additionally, they have served as an Adjunct Faculty Coach at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and as a Guest Lecturer at MIT - Integrated Design & Management.

Sara Novak earned a Bachelor's Degree in Art (Graphic Design) and English from Illinois Wesleyan University, attending from 2002 to 2006.
