Bill Volner

Bill Volner is an experienced Global Trade Compliance professional with a robust background in import and export regulations. Currently serving as a Global Trade Compliance Consultant at IACTA Pharmaceuticals since January 2023, Bill has previously held significant positions, including Global Trade Compliance Manager at OK International and Executive Director of Global Trade Compliance at Allergan, where Bill oversaw compliance for a wide range of products including BOTOX. Bill's career also includes roles at HP and the Bureau of Industry and Security-U.S. Department of Commerce, focusing on export operations and regulatory counseling.
