Nancy Wakeland

Nancy Wakeland is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in managing human resources across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at IACX Energy since November 2019, Nancy oversees HR operations for eight sites, managing a workforce of 250 employees and enhancing HR processes to align with corporate goals. Previously, Nancy held roles as a Human Resources Consultant at Leading HR Business Consultants, a Senior HR Business Partner at Exterran, and an Area Human Resources Manager at Holcim, Inc., demonstrating expertise in organizational strategy, staff development, and compliance in both unionized and non-union environments. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and dual B.B.A. degrees with concentrations in Business Management and Human Resources Management from Wilmington University and Wilmington College (OH).
