Hiroshi Yoshimura

Hiroshi Yoshimura possesses extensive experience in the energy and finance sectors. Currently serving as RF Global Energy Policy at IAE since January 2011, Hiroshi focuses on distributed energy resources (DER), virtual power plants (VPP), e-mobility, energy storage, clean energy, hydrogen, and the energy transition. From 1993 to 2011, Hiroshi worked as a researcher in cutting-edge technologies related to IT, finance, and energy at NRIA (National Realty Investment Advisors). Prior to this, from 1979 to 1992, Hiroshi held the position of manager in the Investment Banking Department at Bank of Yokohama, where responsibilities included leading M&A and Swap/Option teams and implementing related IT systems. Hiroshi holds a B.A. in Economics from Keio University and completed education at Keio High School.
