Michael Phillips

Michael Phillips has extensive experience in customer service within the cargo and freight industry, currently serving as Manager of Customer Services at IAG Cargo since September 2009. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Customer Service Agent at Air Menzies International from September 2005 to September 2009 and gained additional experience as a Freight Forwarder at UTi Worldwide (DSV A/S) for a brief period in 2005. Michael's career in customer service began at Air Menzies International in September 2002, where Michael worked until March 2005.
