Vic Da Costa has extensive experience in customer service and operational management within the airline industry, currently serving as the Cargo Area Customer Service Manager for Southern Africa & Angola at British Airways since March 1997 and concurrently at IAG Cargo since November 2016. In this role, Vic Da Costa is responsible for leading teams to ensure high standards of customer service, safety, and security in cargo operations. Previous positions include Customer Service Duty Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operational and compliance standards, and Load Controller/Turn Around Co-ordinator, focusing on weight and balancing for various licensed aircraft types. Vic Da Costa completed education at Forest High School from 1988 to 1992.
