Hugh Nguyen

Hugh Nguyen is a highly experienced software engineer with a diverse background in security, data engineering, and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer - Security at Macquarie Group since September 2022 and a Lead Instructor at General Assembly since May 2022, Hugh has also held senior roles at Metigy, Commonwealth Bank, IAG, Transport for NSW, and Dialog Information Technology. With a Bachelor of Software Engineering with Honors from The University of Queensland and a Certificate of Business from the same institution, Hugh has built a solid foundation in technology and education, contributing to various projects and leading teams throughout a career that began with an internship at Locatrix in 2012.
