Richard Gladman

Richard Gladman has extensive work experience in the field of driving and road safety. Richard started their career in the Metropolitan Police in 1980 as a Police Sergeant, specializing in road safety and accident investigation. Richard retired from the police force in 2011, having also served as an instructor at all levels in police driving. In 2014, they joined IAM RoadSmart as the Head of Driving and Riding Standards, where they currently hold this role.
