Daniel H.

Daniel H. has a wealth of work experience, beginning with Electronic Technician at SUNBURST ELECTRONICS LLC from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they operated, maintained, and coded the Teradyne GR Pilot LX Flying probe tester, troubleshot and repaired electronic printed circuit boards (PCBs) down to component level, and was IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 certified. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Software Engineer at FMC Technologies, where they primarily ported code from a legacy platform to a current embedded hardware platform. From 2011 to 2018, they held the roles of Senior Electrical Technologist at Sandia National Laboratories and Software Engineer I and II, as well as Electronics System Architect, at FMC Technologies. During this time, they designed, implemented, and maintained C and C++ applications and scripts within embedded Linux equipped Computer-on-Modules (COMs), System-on-Modules (SOMs), and open-source hardware single-board computers. Daniel also assisted in software and system-level architecture processes. From 2018 to 2021, Daniel H. was an Automated Driving Software Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Most recently, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at IAM Robotics since 2021.

Daniel H. holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gannon University, a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, and an Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Erie Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Linux for Developers, Object-Oriented Data Structures in C++, Open Source Software Development Methods, Principles of Secure Coding, and LFD420 - Linux Kernel Internals and Development from Coursera and The Linux Foundation respectively.
