Padmaja Ruparel is a prominent figure in the Indian entrepreneurial ecosystem, serving as the Founding Partner at IAN Fund since April 2017, where the foundation for the largest seed and early stage investing platform in India has been established, delivering consistent cash returns to investors. As a Co-Founder of Indian Angel Network since April 2006, Padmaja has played a crucial role in fostering significant entrepreneurial institutions and actively invests as an angel investor. Previously, at Xansa, Padmaja held the position of Head of Corporate Communications and Vice President over a 15-year tenure, where key contributions included recruitment operations, brand strategy, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
