Sharad Junghare

Sharad Junghare is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment, coaching, and leadership roles. Currently serving as an Angel Investor at Indian Angel Network and an Executive Coach at the Coaching Federation of India since 2011, Sharad previously founded and led iSearch (India) and iSearch (Philippines) as CEO from 2010 to 2016. Additional roles include Consultant and Head for Asia Pacific at HireRight, and SVP of Service Excellence at Sutherland Global Services. Sharad also held the position of President - Asia at Aditya Birla Minacs. With a military background as a Commander in the Indian Navy, Sharad’s educational credentials include an MA in Military Science from the Naval War Academy, an M Tech in Applied Mechanics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
