Bill Welsh

Bill Welsh is a seasoned professional in the construction and surveying industry, currently serving as a Project Surveyor at Vivid Homes Ltd since May 2018. Concurrently, Bill holds the role of Contracts Manager at COUSINS GROUP LIMITED since May 2017 and has been an Account Manager at Ian Williams Ltd since May 2015. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Project Surveyor at Topmarx Limited from 2011 to May 2015. Bill obtained a Higher National Diploma in Construction and Surveying from the City of Portsmouth College, completing the program between 1992 and 1996.
