Daniel Maloof

Daniel Maloof has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Daniel currently holds the position of Senior Product Director at IANS, a role they have been serving since September 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Products at IANS from February 2018. In this role, they were responsible for researching, developing, and managing the execution of decision-support products and content assets for Fortune 500 information security teams. Daniel also worked closely with the CEO to identify clients' needs and deliver tangible insights.

Before joining IANS, Daniel worked as a Managing Editor at IANS from February 2015 to February 2018. Daniel was responsible for writing and editing technical content that was delivered in various formats such as reports, whitepapers, blogs, conference presentations, webinars, and email outreach. Daniel also established editorial goals and managed a team of writers, editors, and designers. Furthermore, they used analytics to drive content consumption and end-user engagement.

Prior to their roles at IANS, Daniel worked at Brafton Inc. as a Senior Editor, Section Editor, Assistant Section Editor, and News & Content Writer. Daniel joined Brafton Inc. in 2010 and served in different editorial positions until 2015.

Their earlier work experience includes serving as a Videographer in the Athletic Department at the University of Notre Dame from August 2006 to May 2010, an Intern at Maple Street Press from May 2009 to August 2009, a Staff Writer at Global Castilla-La Mancha from January 2009 to April 2009, and a Staff Writer at The Observer Daily Newspaper from January 2007 to May 2007.

Daniel Maloof attended the University of Notre Dame from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at the university, they focused on American Studies, Journalism, and Spanish as their field of study.
