Laura Ianuly

Laura Ianuly is an accomplished entrepreneur and senior contract recruiter with extensive experience in building teams for transformative companies across major tech hubs, including New York, Seattle, and Silicon Valley. As the Founder and CEO of IANULY Talent Accelerators since October 2015, Laura has worked with high-profile clients such as Roku, iSpotTV, and Decentraland. Previously, Laura significantly expanded the New York office of Roku within a year and achieved a tenfold growth at Integral Ad Science. Earlier career roles included managing communications for the America's Cup and serving as Global VP of Human Resources and Recruiting at DoubleClick, Inc. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French from Denison University and furthered education at Sorbonne Université and New York University.
