David Resende

David Resende is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academia and industry. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Aveiro since 2003, David has focused on ICT, innovation management, and entrepreneurship. Concurrently, David serves as a Researcher in tech-transfer and innovation management at the GOVCOPP research unit. David has also contributed as a startup mentor in the IAPMEI's National Network of Business Mentors since 2015. With a rich educational background, including a Post-Doc in Innovation and Technology Management from The University of Texas at Austin and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro, David has held various roles in project management and engineering, including positions at Inforvagos and OGMA-Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal.
