Jorge Silva Duque

Jorge Silva Duque is an experienced professional in public procurement and management, currently serving as the Director of the Public Procurement Department at IAPMEI I.P. since May 2008, and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at both CENTRO TECNOLOGICO DA CORTIÇA (since May 2019) and CITEVE (since May 2017). Additionally, Jorge holds the position of International Business Consultant at Enterprise Europe Network Portugal since January 2017, contributing expertise in project evaluation and financial oversight from earlier roles at aicep Portugal Global and IAPMEI. Jorge's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management and Public Policy from ISCSP, a Postgraduate degree in Public Procurement Law from UCP, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Management from Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa.
