Alexander Bloom

Alexander Bloom is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and claims management. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter for IAT Insurance Group since June 2021, Alexander previously held positions at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty as a Package & Small Business Underwriter and at Zurich North America as a General Liability Claims Specialist, where significant contributions included managing high-value claims and achieving perfect client satisfaction scores. Early career experience includes a Risk Management Internship at Assurant Solutions, where Alexander developed a Risk Management Dashboard and supported the launch of a company-wide database. Alexander holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
