Gena M. Shorf

Gena M. Shorf is currently the Major Case Director in the Complex Claims Unit at IAT Insurance Group, where Gena M. handles highly complex exposure commercial auto and commercial general liability claims. Prior to their current role, Gena served as a Sr. Claims Manager at Superior Risk Management, where Gena M. managed large loss and litigated commercial trucking liability claims. With a strong background in claims management, Gena also worked as a Technical Specialist II at Liberty Mutual Insurance, handling large loss and litigated commercial general liability and commercial automobile claims. Throughout their career, Gena has consistently met or exceeded team metrics goals and has cultivated strong relationships with internal and external customers. Gena M. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Washington State University Vancouver and has obtained various certificates in claims management and negotiation.
