Rob Rhodes has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Rob started their career at MEDITECH in 1990, where they worked as a Supervisor for six years. Following this, they joined Medical Systems Management as a Senior Consultant for a year. Rob then joined Patient Care Technologies as a Technical Resources for a short period before moving to Newnan Hospital as a Systems & Networking Manager, where they worked for eight years. In 2006, they joined Rockdale Medical Center as the Director of Information Technology for one and a half years. From 2008 to 2013, they served as the Chief Information Officer at Houston Healthcare, responsible for overseeing and managing various areas, including IS/IT, Telecommunications, Clinical Informatics, and Central Scheduling. In 2013, they joined Iatric Systems and held various leadership roles, including Senior Director, Vice President Software Solutions, Vice President of Professional Services, and currently as the Executive Vice President.

Rob Rhodes earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from Bentley University, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Assurance from Norwich University, studying from 2007 to 2009. Apart from their formal education, Rob Rhodes obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they became a Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) through CHIME. In 2014, Rhodes received two additional certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² and HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP) from (ISC)².
