Carl Aquino is a professional electrical engineer duly certified by the Philippines Regulations Commission. Engr. Aquino has extensive experience in Operations/Technical tasks directed towards the development of set directions, policies, guidelines and procedures. He started as a Design Engineer and rose to the position of Senior Assistant Vice President of the Manila Electricity Company.
He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, España, Manila and has an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
