Donna Noonan

Donna Noonan is currently working as the IFS Skillnet Network Manager at Ibec since July 2022. Prior to that, Donna served as the Programme Coordinator at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. With a diverse background in project management and education coordination, Donna has also worked at RUG/Campus Fryslân, University of Groningen, and The Institute for Study Abroad, Butler University. Donna holds various educational qualifications including a Professional Certificate in Managing People Skills, a Graduate Certificate in EU Law and Policy, and a MA in Multilingualism among others. Donna's expertise lies in developing and implementing educational initiatives, managing projects from start to finish, and collaborating with various educational institutions.
