Christian Rosan

Christian Rosan has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Christian most recently served as the Head of Portfolio Management at Iberdrola starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Team Manager at Berliner Energieagentur GmbH from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for process definition, implementation, and management of energy sourcing and sales activities. Before that, Christian worked at Neptune Energy Deutschland GmbH as a Sales Expert from 2015 to 2020, negotiating gas and power sales agreements and coordinating transport logistics. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Electrabel - GDF Suez, managing energy contracts and leading projects in an international environment. Christian's career also includes a role at Pöyry Energy Consulting from 2007 to 2009, where they conducted management consulting, project management, and expert analysis, and developed innovative tools for valuing energy market assets.

Christian Rosan has a Diplom-Volkswirt (MSc) degree in Economics from the University of Cologne, which they obtained from 1999-2006. Christian also briefly studied Economics at Monash University in 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in data science and machine learning from institutions such as DataCamp and Coursera in 2017.
