Lucía Prats Soriano

Lucía Prats Soriano has a diverse work experience in the IT and cybersecurity field. Lucía currently holds the position of IT Infrastructure Cybersecurity Lead at Iberdrola since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Telefónica as a Security Manager from 2020 to 2023, where they were responsible for deploying and operating IT security services for key accounts.

Before joining Telefónica, they worked at Daimler AG from 2016 to 2020, starting as an Information Security Junior Consultant and gradually progressing to the role of Information Security Specialist. Lucía'sresponsibilities included being the ISO Deputy for the German market, communication and principal contact for security topics, and implementing security projects for Mercedes-Benz.

Lucía also gained experience in software development during their time at Fraunhofer IIS in 2015 and worked as a Consultant at CEN and CENELEC in 2014. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in IT security, project management, and communication skills.

Lucía Prats Soriano completed a Women and Leadership Program at IESE Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Management from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Lucía also holds a degree in Electronic Communications Engineering from the University of Navarra. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an Associate certification from (ISC)² in 2019 and has language certifications in German, English, and Catalan. Additionally, they hold a driver's license.
