Bruce Dawson

Bruce Dawson is the current Chief Sales & Client Services Officer at ibex. Bruce has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the commercial market sector. Prior to joining ibex, Bruce was the SVP of Sales and Marketing at Envysion, where they were responsible for sales through direct and indirect channels for new logos and installed base. Bruce also served as the SVP of Sales and Business Development at Stream Global Services, where they were responsible for new business sales and embedded base for Americas and Global accounts. Most recently, Bruce was the Director of US and Nearshore at Atento, serving on the Executive Committee and responsible for Operations, Human Resources, Finance and Client Satisfaction in the US, Puerto Rico, Guatemala and El Salvador.

Bruce Dawson has a bachelor's degree in psychology and economics from Denison University.
