Adam Averbach

Adam has served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the Firm since November 2014.

He is a securities attorney with over fifteen years of experience in SEC compliance, governance, and transactions. He previously served as Associate General Counsel of Envision Healthcare from February 2014 to November 2014 and as Senior Securities & Governance Counsel at Vail Resorts from June 2011 to February 2014. Prior to going in-house, Adam was a shareholder at the law firm of Berenbaum Weinshienk PC (now Spencer Fane) in Denver, Colorado.

Adam graduated with an A.B. from Stanford University in 1995 and a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1998.
