Nativ Blinderman

Nativ Blinderman began their career in 2014 as a Software Engineer for Israeli Military Intelligence. Nativ was responsible for designing and developing complex embedded real-time systems that met the strictest reliability requirements, and for managing the group's basic training course for 15 new programmers. In the following years, they moved up to Development Team Lead, managing eight programmers who worked on multiple projects while maintaining a hands-on approach, and developing new methodologies and processes to ensure team development. Nativ also led the transition from 10 years of using micro-controllers to advanced embedded Linux processors. In 2021, Nativ Blinderman Co-Founded and became CTO of a Stealth Startup. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Back End Developer for Ibex Medical Analytics.

Nativ Blinderman received a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2011 and 2014. Nativ then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Finance and General from Bar-Ilan University between 2018 and 2020.
