Reut Abargel

Reut Abargel is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at IBI Investment House Ltd since October 2021, Reut provides strategic guidance to managers, develops HR policies, and streamlines employee lifecycle processes. Previously held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at IBI, overseeing the full recruitment cycle and enhancing team building efforts. Prior to that, Reut worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at H&M and a Recruitment Coordinator at ManpowerGroup, specializing in the recruitment of professional and senior positions. Reut holds an MBA in Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Ariel University.
