Lynne Wallace

Lynne Wallace, SPHR, has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lynne currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, a role they started in 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lifescan Labs and The Chicago Lighthouse, where they oversaw the full-scale HR function and supported the respective organizations' executive teams.

Before that, Lynne worked as a Consultant and Business Owner from 2020 to 2022. From 2011 to 2019, they held various leadership positions at Rush University Medical Center, including Vice President, Human Resources, Associate Vice President, Human Resources, and Director, Human Resources. During their tenure at Rush, they led HR service delivery, employee and labor relations, compensation, staff staffing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Lynne also gained experience at Hospira, Inc., where they directed HR programs and services for corporate headquarters functions. Additionally, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Abbott Laboratories, responsible for various HR activities within a distribution/operations division.

Earlier in their career, Lynne worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Principal Financial Group. With their diverse experiences and leadership roles, Lynne possesses comprehensive knowledge and expertise in HR management.

Lynne Wallace, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
