Srna Milosovska

Srna Milosovska has a strong background in talent acquisition and talent management. Currently, they serve as the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Lead at iborn.net, a position they have held since July 2019. Prior to this, they gained experience as a Human Resources Specialist at Duna from November 2016 to July 2019 and as a Legal Consultant at Duna from January 2015 to November 2016. Additionally, they served as a Participant in a project with DelCo at EVN Macedonia from March 2014 to April 2014. Srna also volunteered at Law Office Afrodita Srbinoska from November 2013 to February 2014 and interned at Stopanska banka AD - Skopje from June 2012 to August 2012. Their earliest work experience was as a Cashier at Pier's Restaurant from June 2011 to September 2011.

Srna Milosovska completed their education at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje. Srna earned a Bachelor of Laws degree in Law from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Financial Law from 2013 to 2014.

In terms of certifications, Srna received several additional qualifications. In 2020, they completed the "Project Management fundamentals" course offered by Chris Croft. Srna also acquired skills in IT for IT Recruiters through a program provided by BrightBoost in 2019.

Furthermore, Srna attended a training program on Human Resource Management skills offered by the Ministry for Sciences and Education, Government of Macedonia in 2016. In 2015, they obtained certification as an internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 through TUV Nord. Lastly, Srna received a certification in General English from the British Council in 2005.
