Stephen Hancock

Stephen Hancock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical sales and customer support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at iboss since June 2019, Stephen focuses on pre-sales activities and technical assistance for customers. Previously, Stephen worked as a Presales Engineer at Symantec from May 2018 to June 2019, supporting the sales organization with technical expertise. Prior to that, Stephen held various positions related to product support and customer service at Blue Coat Systems and Symantec Network Protection, demonstrating a strong background in cloud-based solutions and product line management. Stephen began the career journey in network support positions, initially at Siemens Network Systems Ltd and later at Kcom, managing the technical needs of private secure networks. Education was completed at Hatch End High School and Malton.
