Neethu Nicholas

Neethu Nicholas has over 7 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in technical recruitment and talent management. They have worked as a Lead- Talent Management at IBS Software since 2023. Prior to that, Neethu worked at the same company in various roles including Lead - Talent Management from 2019 to 2022, and Senior Executive-Talent Management from 2019 to 2021. Neethu also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Finastra from 2017 to 2018, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cronos Consulting India Pvt Ltd from 2015 to 2017. Their work experience also includes a role as an HR Executive at Wipro Limited from 2011 to 2012.

Neethu Nicholas completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature from All Saints College Trivandrum in 2009.
