Rajesh M.

Rajesh M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rajesh started their career as a Product Specialist at Paradigm Technologies in 1998, where they focused on institutional selling of Mathsoft products and provided pre-sales and post-sales product support. Rajesh then moved on to ICICI Bank in 2002, where they worked as a Relationship Manager until 2005.

Following that, Rajesh joined IBS Software in 2005 and held various roles, starting as a Business Consultant and leading implementation projects with Shell. Rajesh later became a Business Systems Manager, overseeing bid management, sales support, revenue achievement, and business planning for the oil & gas line of business. As a Director, they contributed to the strategic growth of the Oil & Gas line of business, establishing alliances and managing account relationships. Currently, Rajesh serves as the Head of Business at IBS Software, responsible for overall business growth and developing alliances.

Rajesh M. completed their education with a PGP in Marketing & Finance from the International Management Institute - IMI from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in Condensed Matter Physics from Pondicherry University from 1996 to 1998. Rajesh also holds a BSc in Physics from St. Thomas College, Trichur, which they received from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Rajesh M. has obtained certifications in various fields, including Artificial Intelligence and Language Teaching, such as Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Neural Networks, Deep Learning: Image Recognition, and Duolingo Certified Educator.
