Rich Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the travel and eCommerce industries. Currently serving as the Director Sales Client Executive for North America at IBS Software, Rich has been instrumental in driving digital transformation within the travel sector post-Covid-19. Prior roles include Global Airlines Strategist at Riskified, where Rich focused on enhancing sales through advanced AI solutions, and Vice President Commercial for the USA and Canada at Accelya, overseeing market developments and client needs. Additionally, Rich served on the Board of Directors for Airlines Clearing House and held the position of Manager of Revenue Accounting/Interline Settlement at Cape Air. Rich holds a BA in History from Rollins College and has participated in specialized education at the National Graduate School.
