Northeast Fisheries Program Manager at IBSS

Lacey Bluemel's work experience includes being the Northeast Fisheries Program Manager at IBSS since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Scallop VCIC/Biologist and later as a Data Editor for the National Marine Fisheries Service Observer Program at NOAA through Integrated Statistics from October 2013 to August 2020. Lacey also worked as a Marine Mammal & Endangered Species Observer and Dredged Material Inspector at A.I.S. Inc. from June 2013 to October 2013. Lacey's previous experience includes being a Naturalist & Research Assistant at BLUE OCEAN SOCIETY FOR MARINE CONSERVATION INC from April 2011 to October 2013, as well as a Fisheries Observer & Dredged Material Inspector at East West Technical Services from October 2011 to August 2013.

Lacey Bluemel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Merrimack College. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Southern New Hampshire University, specializing in Sustainability and Environmental Compliance.
