Franci Klipper

Franci Klipper has a strong background in executive administration and support. Franci began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Comcast in 2000, where they later became an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Technical Operations and then to the Business Operations Manager. At ATK, Franci worked as an Administrative Assistant in the Procurement Department. From 2012 to 2019, they served as an Executive Administrator at Grantham University, providing a range of administrative support to the President and COO. Currently, Franci is working as an Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at IBT Industrial Solutions, where they manage calendars, analytics, and travel arrangements, among other responsibilities.

Franci Klipper completed their high school education at New Hope Baptist Christian School from 1982 to 1986 and obtained a General High School Diploma. Later, they pursued further education at the University of Arkansas Grantham from 2013 to 2017, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certification as a Certified World Class Assistant from Office Dynamics International in October 2014.
