Derek Buckowsky

Derek Buckowsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR technology and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Partner at iBTR since February 2017, Derek contributes to the firm's mission of providing unique technology and engagement services to clients. Prior to this role, Derek worked at Hays Companies from 2010 to February 2017 in Business Development and Consulting, where the firm is recognized as a leading independent brokerage. Earlier experience includes a consulting position at Kinloch Consulting from 2004 to 2010. Derek holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Boston College.
