Kristel Ramsamooj

Kristel Ramsamooj is currently working as an SBA Business Development Team Lead at Knight Capital Funding and iBusiness Funding. From 2015 to 2021, they were employed by Newtek Business Services Corp. (NASDAQ: NEWT) as a Vice President-SBA Loan Specialist. During their time there, they were responsible for originating commercial loans ranging from $25,000-$15,000,000 and working with referral sources and internal staff from the start of the loan process until funding. In the last four years, they worked on hundreds of complex referrals and closed $33 million in 2016, $55 million in 2017, $70 million in 2018, and $65 million in 2019.
